Tariffs and bookings

Rates are per night in NZ Dollars and inclusive of 15% GST.
Limited car parking available on request.

Payment Policy:

Bookings are subject to confirmation. Prior to confirmation, we will require Credit Card details or payment direct into our bank account.

Payment is required in full on arrival, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Cancellation Policy:

For Stays of 6 Nights or Less:

A minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation is required.
Cancellations with less (or no) notice will incur a minimum charge of up to 2 nights tariff.

For Stays of 7 Nights or More :

A minimum of 5 days notice of cancellation is required. 
Cancellations with less (or no) notice will incur a minimum charge of 5 nights tariff.
